ALBA is a design studio focused on utilizing human-centric tools and methods to understand users and design better solutions whether they are in the form of digital tools, service or user experiences, product or brand development, and much in between.

We provide support in finding better solutions through various methods like user research, designing user personas and journeys, creating service blueprints, developing business value propositions, designing content for products and services, building brands, and crafting content strategies for digital products. We also offer workshops to help clients gain insights and reach their goals. We are available for both contract work and full-time positions. Our goal is to collaborate with clients who are making a positive impact, particularly in marginalized communities, focusing on education, empowerment, leadership, and financial advancement. We primarily work in the United States and Mexico, but are open to travel when necessary. We can communicate fluently in English, Spanish, and French.
